EXIT opens, complicated procedure, no long queues
The gates of the Petrovaradin Fortress in Serbia’s northern city of Novi Sad opened on Thursday night, marking the start of the 20th EXIT Music Festival after a year break due to the coronavirus pandemic. This year’s procedures at the entry to the festival are more complicated due to the pandemic, but no long queues are seen. Popular DJ performers Ameli Lance, Snake and Roni Size will open the festival on the Main Stage, along with the local electro-alternative rock band Butch Cassidy, Croatian rock punk Cold Beer and pop star from Bosnia – Senidah. Besides vouchers, a green digital certificate is required to enter the EXIT, while unvaccinated people must have a negative PCR or antigen test. The latter is provided by the festival free of charge. No case of infection was recorded at the start of the festival. However, the festival’s PR told an N1 reporter he was not afraid of infection spreading and that all other festivals in the world would be organised following the EXIT rules. Novi Sad is crowded with tourists, and it is impossible to find an apartment for less than 200 euros a day, and the prices of luxury villas range up to […]
EXIT festival’s first tickets sold within minutes
The EXIT organisers said on Wednesday that the first contingent of one-day tickets for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of that festival was sold out in a record six minutes, and the interest caused the official website to “fall.” „Despite the increase in prices, the rush did not subside, which led to the sale of a new limited amount of tickets for Saturday, July 10, while EXIT’s site had difficulties in functioning all day due to the huge number of visitors.“ The 2021 EXIT festival will be held from Thursday, July 8, 2021, to Sunday, July 11, at the Petrovaradin Fortress in the northern city of Novi Sad. „The demand for tickets shows how much people are eager to gather again after all the restrictions and bans, and symbolically bring life back to life,“ the EXIT statement said. Festival’s tickets can be purchased on the official website and through the Gigs Tix sales network, where there is a limited amount of regular tickets, at a price of some 60 Euro (6,990 Dinars). Some of the most famous world and regional artists have already confirmed their participation in celebrating the 20th anniversary of EXIT, including David Geta, DJ Snake, Sabaton, […]

According to the official Spatial Plan planned for a period between 2021 and 2035, published by the Ministry of Construction, Traffic and Infrastructure, Serbia will get two new international airports – one near Dobanovci, and the second one near Novi Sad, Ekapija reported. THEFT IN AIRCRAFT WARNING!
Passengers who travel by plane should pay special attention to their hand luggage that they carry with them, and put it in the storage space that is located above the seat, because there are frequent thefts. People who steal behave as if they are taking “something” from their purses, bags… So do not put your personal luggage in the specified space! If you already have to, then take out the money, jewelry and everything that is valuable to you beforehand and keep it with you!
